BIOBID EYE DROPS is used to manage bacterial infection of the eye or the ear in conditions in adults and children above 1 year. It contains an antibiotic called ciprofloxacin which kills bacteria by stopping their DNA from multiplying and repairing. This helps clear up bacterial eye/ear infections.
BIOBID EYE DROPS on prolonged use can cause an overgrowth of other non-susceptible organisms. Hence, it should be used only for the prescribed time as per your doctor. BIOBID EYE DROPS should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the baby.
BIOBID EYE DROPS is not recommended for use by children below 12 months (1 year) of age, including newborns without a doctor’s advice. The most common side effects of using BIOBID EYE DROPS are redness, itching, irritation, pain, red eye, and double vision. Consult a doctor immediately if any of the symptoms worsen.

signs of allergic reaction such as skin rash, pain, swelling of face, hands, or feet, wheezing, difficulty in breathing, shortness of breath, nettle rash (severe and sudden onset of pinkish, itchy swelling of the skin)
any inflammation or inflammatory condition
