Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

This medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, restlessness, and increased heart rate. How Achrid Tablet works

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is a combination of two pain relievers (Ibuprofen, Paracetamol) and a stimulant (Caffeine). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). The presence of Caffeine increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol / Acetaminophen.

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function.

Liver

CAUTION

Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

What if you forget to take Achrid Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Achrid 400 mg/325 mg/30 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
